At the Cabinet meeting held on May 30, 2013, the Government of Mongolia resolved to grant a visa-free term to visit Mongolia for nationals of the Federal Republic of Germany for up to 30 days. 

The 2013 Presidential Election for Mongolian nationals residing abroad has been concluded that was organized between Friday, June 14 and Sunday, June 16 at the 39 Diplomatic Offices of Mongolia. 

The 2013 Presidential Election for Mongolian nationals residing abroad has started at the 39 Diplomatic Offices of Mongolia overseas on Friday, June 14, where 6,233 eligible citizens were registered and validated. 

Following the sensation related to former Deputy Speaker of the State Great Khural (Parliament) S.Bayartsogt, who was "caught" by International Consortium of Investigative Journalists that caused him to leave Deputy Speaker's post in April 2013, many scandals connected to high-ranking officials are followed since. 

On June 11, 2013, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Czech Republic Dorjdamba ZUMBERELLKHAM has presented his Letter of Credence to the President of the Czech Republic Milos Zeman. 

Mongolian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to represent the State in the Kingdom of Sweden Zorig ALTAI has presented his Letter of Credence to the reigning King of Sweden Carl XVI Gustaf on June 13, 2013. 

As part of the negotiations resolved between the Defense Ministries of India and Mongolia, following the V Consultative meeting held in Ulaanbaatar in November 2012, an opening ceremony for the joint military training codenamed "Nomadic Elephant 2013" was held at the training center for special forces, which is located about 18 km from downtown at Khujirbulan site in Bayanzurkh District, Ulaanbaatar on June 13, 2013. 

Minister for Foreign Affairs of Mongolia Luvsanvandan BOLD has attended the “World Economic Forum - Japan Meeting 2013” committed to improving the state of the world that took place in Tokyo on June 09-12, 2013. 

On June 11, 2013, a solemn ceremony to worship the All Military Great Black Banner was held on the hill namely Aguit, the territory of Erdene Sum in Tuv Aimag (Province) that takes place biennially since 1992. 

At the invitation of the Speaker of the State Great Khural (Parliament) Z.Enkhbold, a delegation from the Parliament of Finland is visiting Ulaanbaatar and Mongolian Speaker welcomed his counterpart Mr. Eero Olavi Heinaluoma at the Sukhbaatar’s Square on June 10, 2013. 

At the Cabinet meeting held on June 07, 2013, the several issues were considered and approved as follows in brief. 

A delegation from the Republic of Finland led by Speaker of the Parliament of Finland Eero Olavi Heinaluoma is to conduct an official visit to Mongolia on June 10-12, 2013. 

On June 07, 2013, the Speaker of the State Great Khural (Parliament) Z.Enkhbold issued a Decree on temporary adjourning the plenary sessions of the Parliament. 

On June 07, 2013, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Mongolia L.Bold received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to Mongolia Gregory Goldhawk at his request in the Government House. 

At the plenary session of the State Great Khural (Parliament) held on June 07, 2013, the issue of establishing Mongolian Embassies, General Consulates and Consulates in some countries was discussed and the Minister of Foreign Affairs L.Bold introduced the draft bill, where Member of Parliament N.Enkhbold read the resolution issued from the Security and Foreign Policy Standing Committee on May 30, 2013. 

According to the Presidential Election Law of Mongolia, Article 20.9, the General Election Commission delivered names of all eligible voters to all polling stations at the 9 Districts of the capital city - Ulaanbaatar. 

On June 04, 2013, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia reported that the Minister L.Bold received at his office a delegation from Foreign Ministry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea led by Director of Asia Department Kim Myoung-gil, who has chaired its side at the Consultative Meeting held between the two Ministries. 

On June 03, the General Election Commission (GEC) introduced a sample of the ballot paper to be used during the Presidential Election of Mongolia to be held on June 26, 2013. 

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Khishigdelger DAVAADORJ to represent Mongolia to the European Union (EU) has presented his Letter of Credence to the President of the European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso on May 31, 2013. 

At the invitation of the Minister for Justice of Mongolia Kh.Temuujin, the Secretary General of the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) Ronald Kenneth Noble and Assistant-Director of the INTERPOL I-24/7 Co-ordination Sub-Directorate Alexander Anatolyevich Gridchin will pay an official visit to Mongolia on June 12-13, 2013. 

The 12th IISS Asia Security Summit themed Shangri-La Dialogue 2013 took place at the Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore from May 31 to June 02, where Mongolian delegation led by Minister of Defense Dashdemberel BAT-ERDENE has attended. 

On May 30, 2013, the Eastern Military District of the Russian Armed Forces reported that the "Selenge 2013" Russian-Mongolian joint military field exercises will be held in the territory of Mongolia at the site named "Doityn Shar Nuur" in September 2013. 

The regular Consultative Meeting between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia (MFA) and the Foreign Ministry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea was held in Ulaanbaatar, reported Mongolian Foreign Ministry on May 30, 2013. 

Last week, Japanese sumo wrestling champion Asashoryu D.Dagvadorj become a Democratic Party (DP) member, so another champion but in Mongolian traditional wrestling, State Ocean Giant Agvaansamdan SUKHBAT has also become a DP member and received his membership card today at 03:30 pm on May 29, 2013. 

On May 29, 2013, two political parties of Mongolia signed an Agreement with Democratic Party (DP) to promote the DP candidacy during the campaign for the Presidential Election to be held on June 26, 2013.
