Kazakhstan’s producer Rustem Abdrashov has been preparing to produce the documentary film which is called “Through the Chinggis Khaan’s Route; Alma-Aty - Karakorum (Kharkhorin)”. The idea was initially found in 2010 and Rustem Abdrashov has decided to travel through almighty Chinggis Khaan’s warship route prior to film production. 

The Rustem’s project was attracted by public attention and the numbers of Kazakhstan’s famous people have joined in his project. The public figure and culture scientist Murat Auezov, the famous painter and decorator Krym Altynbekov who engaged in ancient archeological excavation in Kazakhstan, Russia, France and Mongolia, the musicians Erlan Sabitov and Abulhayr Abdrashov and the rock singer Asem are going to travel with him through the warship route. Also, ancient Turug researcher scientist from Mongolia will be invited to join in his documentary film project.  

The project “Through the Chinggis Khaan’s route; Alma-Aty - Kharakhorum” will be started on June 28th through the travel itinerary of Alma-Aty - Gorny Altay - Bayan-Ulgii - Karakorum (Kharkhorin sum, Uvurkhangai aimag) to cover 4,000km within 15 to 17 days. Afterwards, the travel notes will be used for producing the film project with the budget of 300 thousand USD. This travel group will arrive to Ulaanbaatar in July and participate in “World Mongolians Assembly”. The first part of the Rustem Abdrashov’s documentary film will be available in the coming autumn season.
