The Head of Executive Office of the National Security Council of Mongolia B.Khurts was detained at the Heathrow airport in London in September 2010. 

And, the Supreme Court of Royal Court of Justice in Great Britain ruled to transfer him from Britain to Germany on July 29, 2011 to face charges for kidnapping Mongolian citizen D.Enkhbat through the transnational borders of France, Belgium and Germany in 2003. Unfortunately, the deadline of B.Khurts’s appeal to a higher court has ended and he was transferred to Germany on August 19, 2011.

Thus, the preliminary court session since the transfer of the central figure of Mongolia’s National Security Council to Germany was scheduled to take place on October 24, 2011.
