The Head of Executive Office of the National Security Council of Mongolia B.Khurts was detained at Heathrow airport in London in September 2010 and the Supreme Court of Royal Court of Justice in Great Britain ruled to transfer him from Britain to Germany on July 29, 2011 to face the charges for kidnapping the Mongolian citizen D.Enkhbat through the transnational borders of France, Belgium and Germany in 2003. 

He was transferred to Germany on August 19, 2011 because the deadline of his appeal to a higher court had ended and the preliminary court session in Germany was scheduled for October 24, 2011. 
Fortunately, he was released from Germany after over a year of enigmatic arrest and arrived in Mongolia through the flight of Seoul-Ulaanbaatar at 2:30pm today on September 27, 2011. As per some media sources, the Court of Germany has considered him innocent accordingly.
