The President of Mongolia has visited the major crop producing regions of Selenge and Darkhan-Uul aimags on October 1st and October 2nd; at the same time, conducted an answer and question interview with residents about the current harvesting process. The residents were very curious about the issue regarding the allocation of 1 million MNT per citizen from the Government which was included in the governing parties’ action plans during the Parliamentary Election in 2008. 

The President Ts.Elbegdorj has provided an answer on that saying “The allocation program of 1 million MNT per citizen shall be completed by June 30, 2012 under the arranged schedule of the State Budget-2012 including 21 thousand MNT per citizen per month, higher education tuition fees for 170 thousand students as well as cash incentives for 200 thousand senior residents and 140 thousand disabled people accordingly. The rest of the citizens shall be provided by an equal sum from the Government by any possible tangible or intangible means such as allocating the share incentives of Strategic Deposits of Mongolia.
Elsewhere, he also explained about Barack Obama’s hand wave that covered his face during the recent UN group photograph in a totally joking manner, “I introduced our country to those who do not know much about Mongolia”. 
“Mongolia will never allow anyone whose intentions are to build a nuclear waste repository inside our territory” said the President of Mongolia at the end of the interview with residents.
