On the next day of International Women's day, 9^th of March, Defense Ministry called a press conference and informed how to celebrate this year's Mongolian Armed Forces Day. Starting from this year, this day will be called as "Mongolian Soldier's Day", a day to show and demonstrate the glory of Mongolian Armed Forces.

Scope of "Mongolian Soldier's Day", Mongolian Armed Forces' traditional "The Best Talented Person" art festival will be organized. And, "State Soldier" poetry festival, "Parade Songs" state competition, "Firearms - 90" exhibition, 128 wrestlers' wrestling competition, and "Devote to Mongolia" march show etc many events are planned to be organized, said Sh.Sukhbaatar, Chief of State Administration Office of Ministry of Defense. During Mongolian Soldier's day, 80 Khalkh Gol war veterans will be awarded by new apartments.
