Infomongolia.com : News and information about Mongolia, Mongolian language lessonsDeputy Prime Minister M.Enkhbold, and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade G.Zandanshatar held a meeting with Japanese Ambassador T.Kidokoro on 12th of March, and introduced disaster relief aid from Mongolia to Japanese people in response to the earthquake and tsunami that took many lives.
The government held a special session, agreed to grant 1 million dollars aid to Japan and offered to mobilize 300 rescuers form National Emergency Management Agency and 200 to 300 army professionals from the Ministry of Defense to help out Japanese rescue efforts in disaster stricken areas.
 
And also, donation account was set up. Located 5,370 Mongolian citizens in Japan and organized direct flight for those who wants to come back home from Japan.
