The 5th discussion of the leading finance and economic workers of Ulaanbaatar City has started today at the State Cultural Palace. In the framework of the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the finance department in Mongolia, the Finance and State Fund department of the Governing Office are organizing a meeting of the best 1,000 financiers.  

With this meeting security for the accounting, statistics, and budget and finance systems is to be provided, further determining future trends on accounting, finance and economy development by assessing the current circumstances of Ulaanbaatar’s development. With the establishment of the Ministry of Finance, as one of the first 5 Ministries of Mongolia, established the first finance organization collecting taxes and delivering to the State Budget. Since, many finance accounting organizations have been established, and today it has extended into making up a 223.6 billion MNT of Ulaanbaatar’s budget, making investments and up building works worth 119.2 billion MNT a year, with a big team of 42,000 employees in the accounting, finance and economic sectors.
