The Mongolian Writers' Union along with the Mongolian National Broadcaster (MNB) had jointly organized the "
Bolor Tsom-29" or "Crystal Cup-29" Poem Festival on December 10th and December 11th of 2011.
The festival involved around 340 poems from 170 poets of Mongolia and 38 poets of which had participated in the final round which took place in Tsetserleg city, Arkhangai aimag of Mongolia.
The poem festival was held under the keen competition and the poet from
Arkhangai aimag D.Boldkhuyag won the winning cup “Bolor Tsom” in terms of earning 40 points by the poem “Mongolian Language”. Elsewhere, the poet J.Munkhbat won second place with the poem “Words to the State” and the poet B.Bayarsaikhan won third place with the poem “When the Peace comes in Earth”. Most notably, all three poets who won the first 3 places are all from Arkhangai aimag of Mongolia.
The winner of the “Bolor Tsom 29” Poem Festival D.Boldkhuyag is a promising young poet who had previously released three books such as “My Pretty Little Ambuunaa”, “My Secret Mind” and “Pretty Voice of Eserua’s Daughter”. His outstanding poem “Mongolian Language” describes the glorious excellence of the
Mongolian language which leads the Mongolians to the glory and pride of the native language.
