The VIII International Ice and Snow Festival and "Snow Queen" competition for Mongolian, Russian and Chinese beauties will be held on December 24-27, 2011 in Manchuria city, People's Republic of China.  

The competition, which is organized by the Tourism Office of Manchuria, will be attended by the Tourism Agencies and companies from Beijing, Shanghai and Dalian cities of China, Moscow, Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk and Ulan-Ude cities from Russia, and Ulaanbaatar and Choibalsan cities on behalf of Mongolia. Meanwhile, a business meeting of tourism and construction sectors as well as the tourism project introduction of the representatives of Mongolia and Russia will be conducted during the contest. All the expenses for the participants and guests during the stay in China will be paid for by the Manchurian Administration.
