There are 11 parties and 2 coalitions to run for the Parliamentary Elections of Mongolia
As stated in the 23.3 Article of the Law of the State Great Khural (Parliament) Election of Mongolia, "A political party or coalition to participate in the Parliamentary Elections shall follow the Constitution of Mongolia, Parliamentary
Elections Law of Mongolia, Law on Central Electoral Body, Administrative Liability Law, Criminal Law, and other legislations and have to submit their requests in the form of writing prior 50 days before the polling day to the General Election Commission of Mongolia".
Hence, the
political parties and coalitions to participate in the 2012 State Great Khural (Parliament) Elections shall submit their requests to the General Election Commission of Mongolia by May 08, 2012.
Accordingly, 11 political parties and 2 coalitions have officially submitted their requests, complied documents along with their action plan to run for the
Parliamentary Elections of Mongolia, informed the General Election Commission of Mongolia.
