The "Cooperation Agreement" was signed between the Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia (TDBM) and the China Development Bank on May 10, 2012.

Within the scope of the agreement, the sides enable to co-fund on a large scale the import of equipment and machinery from China, also finance projects and programs implementing Mongolia in the sectors of infrastructure, mining and energy. 

TDBM is the first commercial bank of Mongolia and has been co-working with banks of China since 2002, and this time cooperating with China Development Bank which provides great opportunity to co-offer financing and loans on various projects.
