The court trial of the Head of the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party (MPRP) N.Enkhbayar is appointed to be held at the Sukhbaatar District Court on Thursday of May 24, 2012.

The investigation process for the corruption case of the former President of Mongolia, Head of MPRP N.Enkhbayar has been completed, where the Ulaanbaatar City Prosecutor’s Office transferred the case to the State Supreme Court on May 10, 2012, for determining affiliation. Consequently, the Supreme Court affiliated N.Enkhbayar to the Sukhbaatar District Court.

The Sukhbaatar District Court released the official date for the trial of the Head of MPRP N.Enkhbayar to be held on May 24, 2012.
