To halt migration from May 29, 2012
The Parliamentary and Capital City Representative Khural Elections are to be held on the upcoming June 28, 2012. 
Regarding this, the migration from rural areas to Ulaanbaatar, and vice versa, was stopped on April 28, 2012.
Now, starting May 29, 2012, the migration of citizens between districts and khoroos will be also halted.
