In response to the invitation by the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Republic of Korea Kim Sung-hwan, the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade of Mongolia G.Zandanshatar is to pay an official visit to South Korea on May 31-June 02, 2012. 

During the visit the sides are to negotiate on the matters relevant to jointly implementing “Asia Partnership for Democracy” initiation and bilateral economic and other sphere cooperation that was approved by high level officials of the two countries. Moreover the Mongolian Foreign Minister will express Mongolia’s will to collaborate with South Korea in the fields of multilateral activities in the Asia and Pacific region and will exchange their thoughts accordingly.

As informs the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Mongolia, the Ministers of the two countries are to sign on a Mongolia and South Korea intergovernmental agreement on simplifying the visa-issuing process.
