- The Member of the State Great Khural (Parliament) D.Oyunkhorol has initiated a draft legislation to grant privileges for graduates who have graduated from universities in a developed country with the Mongolian State Fund loan program or the Government scholarship, to register them in the list of citizens who are to admit to legitimate civil service for the first time and to immediately appoint them to a working position.
However, this draft legislation was decided to be unable to receive support as it does not correspond to an article in the state constitution, which cites “The main principle for civil service is to provide democracy, justice, freedom, equality and national unity, and is to honor law and order”.

The Minister for Education, Culture and Science Yo.Otgonbayar said, “If the “Tyrannosaur Bataar” skeleton will be determined to have been originated from Mongolia, possibilities are being explored to return the bones by making certain compensation payments with court regulations or negotiations with the anonymous buyer”.
- Discussions were held on including the “Taishir-Altai” water supply project in the state property concession list. It was voted in favor, where this project will be included in the list of concession items and is to be submitted to the Parliament. The aim of this project is to filter water using an implicit installation located along the coasts of the Taishir hydroelectric station pool, where the filtered water is to sustainably provide citizens of Altai city,
Govi-Altai aimag with water through a 52.8 km long with 250 mm diameter implicit pipeline.
- Also, it was decided to organize the national summit under the topic of “Development tendencies of current Mongolian families” in June, 2012, where necessary funding will be emitted from the Government Reserve Fund.
