President of Mongolia holds a meeting with the Executive Vice-Premier of the State Council of China
The President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj attended the 12th Meeting of the Council of Heads of Member States of the
Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) that took place in Beijing, the People's Republic of China on June 06-07, 2012.
Meantime with the summit, the President Ts.Elbegdorj held a meeting with Li Keqiang, the Executive Vice-Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China on June 07, 2012.
At the meeting the President Ts.Elbgdorj noted that developing the friendly neighbor relations and mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation with the People's Republic of China substantially in long terms was a high priority of Mongolian foreign policy, further signifying the importance of enhancing strategic partnership between Mongolia and China in all intents and purposes.
Moreover, the President voiced Mongolia’s interest in deepening corporations with China in the fields of politics, defense, security,
trade, economy, culture and education, nature and environment spheres.
In response the Executive Vice-Premier Li Keqiang stressed that Mongolia and China were prominent partners to each other and expressed his intention to commit all his efforts and work in continuously deepening the relations of our two countries and bringing the relations up into a new level.
