The opening of the meeting under the topics of "Official ceremony on introducing the 4th national report on the implementation of the Millennium Development Goals" and "Enhancing the implementation of the Millennium Development Goals" was held at the "Consensus" hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Mongolia on June 12, 2012. 

The Ministry of Social Welfare and Labor, the authorities of the National Development and Renovation Committee, National Statistical Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, other associate ministries and agencies, UN Resident Coordinator, UNDP Resident Representative at the Dialogue on Water and Human Rights Ms. Sezin Sinaglou, and delegations from UN organizations, international organizations and embassies to Mongolia are participating in this event.

The aim of this meeting is to evaluate the implementation process of the Millennium Development Goals and to hold discussion on some goals, the implementation of which is running slow.
