The National Agency for Meteorology, Hydrology and Environment Monitoring is giving an exclusive warning to be cautious of sudden floods and lightning as there is an outlook for rain over the majority of the country, especially thunders and heavy rains are expected in the eastern parts of the country. 

Western parts of the country: Cloudy. Heavy rains in Altai and Khangai mountainous regions. Winds will temporarily aggravate before rainfalls. +1°C to +6°C at night and +13°C to +18°C during the day in Khangai mountainous regions, +12°C to +18°C at night and +25°C to +30°C during the day in Ikh Nuruudyn Khotgor and Altai inner deserts, and +7°C to +12°C at night and +19°C to +24°C during the day around the rest of the country. 

Central parts of the country: Cloudy. Heavy thunderstorms around most parts of the region. Winds will change direction from south east to north reaching 05-10 meters per second, temporarily reaching 16 meters per second in some parts. Temperatures will have a sudden drop with -1°C to +4°C at night in Khangai and Khuvsgul mountainous regions and +6°C to +11°C at night around the rest of the region. Daytime temperatures will be at +9°C to +14°C around Khangai and Khuvsgul mountainous regions, Kharaa, Yeruu, Orkhon and Selenge river basins, and +14°C to +19°C around the rest of the region.

Eastern parts of the country: Cloudy. Heavy rain falls and thunderstorms in a majority of the region. Winds will blow from north east at a speed of 04-09 meters per second, aggravating temporarily up to 16 meters per second on some parts. +8°C to +13°C at night in all parts of the region, with daytime temperatures being at +17°C to +22°C around the western parts of the region and +21°C to +26°C around the rest of the region.

Gobi regions of the country: Cloudy. No rainfalls at night. Temporary thunderstorms and rainfalls during the daytime around the northern part of the region. Winds will aggravate temporarily before rainfalls. +8°C to +13°C at night and +19°C to +24°C during daytime in Dundgovi aimag, with +13°C to +18°C at night and +28°C to +33°C during daytime around the rest of the region.

Rainfalls in some parts of the country on June 26 and 27, eastern parts on June 28 and 29, 2012. Thunderstorms. Winds will temporarily aggravate before rainfalls. 0°C to +5°C at night and +6°C to +11°C during daytime in Khangai and Khuvsgul mountainous regions, +4°C to +9°C at night and +11°C to +16°C during daytime around Kharaa, Yeruu, Selenge, Tuul and Terelj river basins, +11°C to +16°C at night and +23°C to +28°C during daytime around Altain inner dessert and Gobi desert regions, and +7°C to +12°C at night and +16°C to +21°C during daytime around the rest of the country. Temperatures will rise around the western parts of the country starting June 27, 2012, followed by the rest of the country.

Ulaanbaatar: Cloudy during the day. Thunderstorms. Wind direction will change from south east to north, reaching 04-09 meters per second, aggravating up to 12-14 meters per second. Temperatures will drop down to +8°C to +10°C at night and +15°C to +17°C during daytime. Temporary rainfall on June 27, 2012. Clouds will recede starting June 29, 2012.
