Mongolian Conservative Party refused to be registered
On July 09, 2012, the Supreme Court of Mongolia has reviewed and discussed the claim of N.Dashdavaa to register the Mongolian Conservative Party in the state registry.
On the ground that the documents provided by the petitioner did not meet the requirements of the law on political parties, the Mongolian Conservative Party was refused from being registered.
Particularly, the articles of “Legitimate address of the permanent location of the Party’s administrative organization”, “Asset information of the Party”, “To check and validate by an associate registration organization, if the name of the legal body coincides with the name of another legal body” and “To collect the State seal fee remittance documentation” were not fulfilled. The party can re-claim for registry after submitting the required documentations as cited in the law on political parties.
On July 04, 2012, the authorities of the Mongolian Conservative Party have announced a press conference, where it publicly declared the establishment of the Mongolian Conservative Party with its first session held on June 20, 2012.
