The "MONTSAME" News Agency of Mongolia signed a partnership agreement with the "Tivicom" (TVcom) company of Buryatia, Russian Federation, on July 26, 2012. 

Acting Director General of Montsame Agency D.Ariunbold and the Director General of “TVcom” television A.V.Plastinin have signed the contract on behalf of each party. With the establishment of this agreement, the two sides are to exchange multimedia records for each other’s internal departments and to supply news first hand prior to delivering to other agents. Also, the sides have obliged not to edit and not to assemble the content of the exchanged data.
