The Mongolian Anklebone Shooting Center of the USA is to host the fifth annual knucklebone shooting championships at 09:00 am Sunday on September 02, 2012 in California, Oakland (111 Fairmount Ave, Oakland, CA 94602). 

The event aims at promoting and advertising theMongolian traditional game of knucklebone shooting to foreigners and  Mongolians residing in the USA, at setting team spirit among youth, making them respect elders and inheriting them with traditional culture and customs. Over 10 shooters including sharp-sighted shooters with state titles D.Baasankhuu, B.Shinebayar, T.Gantulga and J.Munkhjargal are to head to the USA to participate in the competition, where 10 teams comprising of Mongolians residing in San Francisco, Sacramento, Las Angeles, Chicago and Denver cities will also compete.
