According to the prediction of Meteorology Center, on 28th of April, 2011 throughout western part of the country, on 29th throughout whole country and on 30th throughout eastern part of the country wind speed will reach up to 18-20 m/s sometimes 28 m/s and strong dust and snow storm will occur.

Therefore, State Emergency Management Agency has issued warning “Be sure not to get lost in the storm, not to send minors for livestock herding, to wear warm clothes, if not necessary, not to leave home place, to maintain vehicle condition, drive over certified bridges and roads, and not to dump hot ashes in an open space and avoid wildfires”.
