The Economic Standing Committee
of the State Great Khural (Parliament) of Mongolia held its regular meeting in the morning of October 05, 2012.
Within the meeting it was discussed the nomination of the Deputy Governor for the Central Bank of Mongolia, accordingly Enkhbayar BATSHUGAR
was promoted to the position of the Deputy Governor with 100% of approval, following the promotion was committed to the plenary session meeting of the Parliament for approval.
At the regular plenary meeting held on October 05, 56 Parliamentarians out of 71 members have attended, the Parliament discussed and resolved several issues such as dismissing the Chairman of the General Election Commission (GEC) of Mongolia Mr. Namsraijav LUVSANJAV, where Choinzon SODNOMTSEREN was appointed as the Chairman of the GEC accordingly, who served as the Secretary for GEC and Enkhbayar BATSHUGAR was approved as the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank with 85.4% of approval.

’s son who was born in 1987, studied at the Secondary School No.14 in Ulaanbaatar in 1994-2000, completed his high school in the United States in 2000-2004. In 2004-2008, he graduated from Bentley University, Massachusetts in Bachelor's degree for Economics and Finance, worked as an Analyst for J.P. Morgan Cazenove, London in 2008-2010, became Deputy Director for Sod Margad LLC, Ulaanbaatar in 2011-2012, and since 2012 is a Secretary at the Foreign Relations Department, Mongolian People’s Revolutionary Party, speaks Russian, English and Mongolian languages.
