GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

General Information

The General Terms of Service (hereinafter as “General Terms” or “Terms”) is a General Agreement entered into between the www.lnfoMongolia.com web site (hereinafter as “Site”), owned and operated by MER Co.,Ltd (hereinafter as “Site owner”), And an individual or an organization (collectively, “User” or “Subscriber” ) in order to provide and regulate the general authority principles of the terms and conditions of using this Site. The General Terms apply to all Users and Subscribers (an individual user, data business and data individual subscriber, a representative of an organization or a company, an advertiser and etc.) who visit this Site, regardless of your level of participation and by visiting this Site you accept and agree to the Terms set forth herein.

E-Learning, Business Data, Individual Data, Banner advertisement and Paid Content services (collectively, “Paid Service”), with its’ Agreements of Use respectively, are governed by the General Terms.

The employees of the Site owner, which owns and operates this Site (hereinafter as “Site Administrators” or “Site Administration”) may at any time revise these Terms by updating. You are bound by such revisions and should therefore visit this page to review the current Terms from time to time and such modifications, additions or deletions will be effective immediately upon posting.

Intellectual Property Rights
The Mongolian Eco Resource Co.,Ltd with its abbreviation of MER Co.,Ltd is a legal owner of this Site, contains copyrighted materials, products, the Site’s logo, design, trade mark and other proprietary informational contents (collectively, "Content"), that all of which is protected under all of the appropriate copyrighted laws of Mongolia. Content may be in the form of text, photo, audio, video, graphics, software or other forms now known or later invented.

You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, without the express permission of the Site Administration. In the event of any permitted copying, redistribution or publication of copyrighted material(s), no changes in or deletion of author attribution or trademark logo.

The Site may also include material(s), content(s) or product(s) owned by the third parties and posted on this Site by virtue of a license, grant or some other form of agreement between the third party and the Site owner. If some content(s) or item(s) originating from the third party are not granted by Site owner, User or Subscriber may purchase and/or obtain directly from such Third Party. Site owner shall not be responsible for any transaction concerning product(s) or service(s) made from such third parties.

User’s Account and Security
User or Subscriber’s account designation (ID or logo name), password and personally identifiable information are protected by the Site security.

By signing up a Free, E-Learning, Business and Personal Data, Banner advertisement, i.e. Paid content subscriber will receive a password and account designation (ID or login name) upon completing the Registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account. You agree to immediately notify the Site Administrators of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

The user’s financial security data information is protected by “Internet Service Agreement”, the Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia, one of the leading universal banks in Mongolia with a strong international presence, and it is an official partner of the Site owner.

Users’ Rights and Responsibilities

Search and find information, contents, leave comments, make suggestions, complaints and contact to the Site administrators;
Refuse to accept any service if user doesn’t agree to the General and other Agreement Terms of Service;
Any decision or action taken by User or Subscriber on the Information, content or service provided on this Site is at your sole discretion and risk;
Inform the Site administrators about the abnormal flow of the Site and its technical problems;
Express dissatisfaction regarding to other users, violating the Terms and any other applicable of Mongolian and International laws;
User or Subscriber before signing up must comply with the General and other Agreement Terms of Service, and check regularly for any changes and modifications;
User or Subscriber must provide true, accurate, current, complete information and maintain promptly updates in the Registration form;
User or Subscriber must provide all equipment and software, including, but not limited to, a computer, notebook, cell phone, I pad etc. (with internet access) that is in working order and suitable for use in connection with the Service;
User or Subscriber understands and agrees that your use of this Site and any service, including, but not limited to any download (text, comment, video, flash, photo etc.), is solely at your own risk and responsibility;
User or Subscriber must comply with the General and other Agreement Terms of Service, and any other applicable of Mongolian and International laws.

MER Co.,Ltd and Site Administration’s Rights and Responsibilities

Site owner and the Administration of the Site (collectively, “We”) reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify, update, discontinue or permanently cancel the Site's operation, its Content or Service, in whole or in part, with or without notice to you;
We are not responsible for any damage to your mobile device, computer or any other equipment or loss of data that may result from your use of this Site;
We are not responsible and liable for any comments, representations, or other material(s) posted by the users or subscribers;
Also, any Content or Information whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content or Information originated, obtained or posted on this Site;
We make no warranties that this Site or any material(s) obtained through herein will meet your requirements, or that this Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, non-infringing or error free;
We are not responsible or liable for the accuracy, completeness, usefulness or authorization of any paid content, information or banner ad(s) displayed or posted by the users or subscribers;
We reserve the right to remove, with or without notice to, any User or Subscriber’s Content posted or uploaded to the www.InfoMongolia.com web site, if that is not compliant with the General and other Agreement Terms of Service or any other applicable of Mongolian and International laws;
We reserve the right at all times to terminate your account or restrict your access to the Site, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if we believe you are in breach of the guidelines set forth herein; the Terms of service or applicable law and disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or government request;
We reserve the right to send a mail according to your account, update(s) or other information to your e-mail address provided us in the Registration form;
We are responsible to keep secure the personal and other identity information provided us in the Registration form;
We are responsible work properly on the product and service’s quality;
If a User or Subscriber decided to cancel, update or delete his/her membership and notify us, we have a responsible to do these actions immediately upon your request.

Service period of use
By signing up you will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Registration form, and by visiting this Site you agree and accept the General and other Agreement Terms of Service, the Period of service will last uncertain time (for Free users). Except for Paid service’s period, a User may at anytime discontinue, cancel or delete his/her account information by sending a request e-mail to the Site Administration. Also, the Site Administration will delete the account information, if a free user doesn’t access to the Site over 365 days.

Restrictions on Use of the Service
The Site Administration has a proprietary right to delete the posted material(s) or restrict the right of access to the Site, in whole or in part, with or without notice to you, if you breach the General and other Agreement Terms of Services. As a condition of using this Site, you understand and agree to the following:

You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, sell, license, use, reuse, or create derivative works of any of the Content(s) or other material(s) displayed on this Site, in whole or in part, for any purpose whatsoever without Administration’s permit;
You may not send a spam, access or use this Site in any way that could or is intended to damage or impair the operation of this Site, or any content(s) of or material(s) displayed on this Site;
You are prohibited from the posting or transmitting executable programming of any kind, including viruses, spyware, Trojan horses, Easter eggs and etc., that disrupting normal flow of the Site or other user’s computer;
You may not access or attempt to access any data, information, system, or servers on which this Site is hosted or modify or alter this Site in any way;
You are prohibited from transmitting through the Site any information, data, text, files, links, software or other materials that Site owner considers to be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or which threatens our relationships with our employees, partners, users, advertisers or subscribers;
You are prohibited to breach, in whole or in part, any of the General or other Agreement Terms of Service, or any other applicable of Mongolian and International laws.

Bill Information
We suggest several kinds of Service that some are paid and some services are free, before choosing any Paid service make familiar with, accept and agree to the General and other appropriate Agreement Terms of Service. By making payment, you accept and agree to the General and other appropriate Agreement Terms of Service, and become a User or a Subscriber. Once the payment is made there will be no refund, no matter if a User or Subscriber elects to discontinue the period of certain Service prior to its expiration date of the Agreement. These conditions and measures are taken under the security and safe of all Users and Subscribers’ bill info.

E-LEARNING AGREEMENT OF USE

General Information
The E-Learning Agreement of Use is a Service agreement (hereinafter as “Agreement”) entered into between the www.lnfoMongolia.com web site (hereinafter as “Site”), owned and operated by MER Co.,Ltd (hereinafter as “Site owner”), And an individual or a representative of an organization (hereinafter as “Subscriber” ) in order to study the E-Learning product service (hereinafter as “On-line study program”) for private or group of people usage displayed on this Site. The purpose of this Agreement is to regulate the authority principles, terms and conditions of using this service. The On-line study program is provided with Site owner’s intellectual property rights.

This Agreement is governed by the “General Terms of Service”, provides general terms and conditions of using this Site. The General Terms apply to all persons (an individual, an E-Learning user, an advertiser, a representative of organization or company and etc., collectively, “User”) who visit this Site, regardless of your level of participation, even to a Subscriber.

Subscriber’s Rights and Responsibilities

Within the valid service period of use, Subscribers have a right to study On-line study program(s) with no obstruction, leave comments, make suggestions, complaints about the E-Learning product service;
The On-line study program’s modification, renovation and new edition(s) within valid service period are open to all Subscribers;
Subscriber before signing up must comply with the General Terms of Service and E-Learning Agreement of Use, and check regularly for any changes and modifications;
Subscriber must provide true, accurate, current and complete information about him/her or organization/company, maintain promptly updates in the Registration form, and be responsible on all actions made on this Site;
Subscriber must comply with any other applicable of Mongolian and International laws and other Terms from the General Terms of Service.

MER Co.,Ltd and Site Administration’s Rights and Responsibilities

Site owner and the Administration of the Site (collectively, “We”) reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or update the On-line study program(s), discontinue or permanently cancel the Site's operation due to “under construction” work, its Content or Service, in whole or in part, with or without, notice to you;
We make no warranties that the On-line study program(s) will be uninterrupted, error free or usefulness displayed on this Site;
We reserve the right to restrict the Subscriber’s right of using this Service, in whole or in part, with or without, notice to you, if a Subscriber is not compliant with the General and these Terms of Use or any other applicable of Mongolian and International laws; and this is not a basing to refund a fee(s);
We are responsible to keep secure the personal and other identity information provided us in the Registration form;
We are responsible work properly on the product and service’s quality, and have other rights and responsibilities described in the General Terms.

The Bill Info, Duration and Condition of Using the E-Learning Service

The E-Learning Product Service of Use is 100% prepaid and the fee(s) is non-refundable no matter if a Subscriber elects to discontinue using the On-line study program(s) prior to the expiration date of the Agreement. These conditions and measures are taken under the security and safe of Subscriber’s or all other user’s bill info. By making payment, you accept and agree to the General Terms of Service and E-Learning Agreement of Use;
In the condition of unauthorized use of this Service, a Subscriber will be restricted of accessing to the Site, in whole or in part; and if a Subscriber decided to discontinue of using the service, delete his/her account information voluntarily, the Service provided by the Site owner is not meeting the Subscriber’s requirements or interest and such these actions are will not be basing to refund the fee(s);
The Agreement will be effective on the date if the Subscriber agrees to the terms and conditions and makes a payment completely prior of studying the On-line program(s) due to its service period of use.

PERSONAL DATA AGREEMENT OF USE

General Information

The Personal Data Agreement of Use is a Service agreement (hereinafter as “Agreement”) entered into between the www.lnfoMongolia.com web site (hereinafter as “Site”), owned and operated by MER Co.,Ltd (hereinafter as “Site owner”), And an individual (hereinafter as “Subscriber” ) in order to use the information, news or article(s) for private usage displayed on this Site. The purpose of this Agreement is to regulate the authority principles that might occur when a Subscriber use the information, news or article(s) (collectively, “Information”) for private usage such as personal blog, research work and etc.; and the terms and conditions of using this service. The Information is provided by the Site owner’s intellectual property rights except for E-Learning service and copyrighted materials from third-party..

This Agreement is governed by the “General Terms of Service”, provides general terms and conditions of using this Site. The General Terms apply to all persons (an individual, an E-Learning user, an advertiser and etc., collectively, “User”) who visit this Site, regardless of your level of participation, even to a Subscriber.

The Information is provided by the Site owner’s intellectual property rights except for E-Learning service and copyrighted materials from third-party.
